Yes: Sometimes, despite doing everything right, some people can get heart attacks. There are other factors, such as smoking and family history, that can dictate someone's chances of getting a heart attack. That said, i would not be paranoid about it. Do the best you can and live as healthy as possible. Don't worry about what you can't necessarily control.
