Heart attack: The mediterranean diet is a very effective diet for preventing additional coronary events. You should consult a dietician for expert advice on how to structure a diet within the general parameters of the med diet which will fit with your crohn's and sensitivities.

Dairy IBD CAD GF: You have gluten and dairy sensitivity coronary artery disease (CAD) and inflammatory bowel disease(ibd). See your primary care doctor. You'll need a nutritionist to help with gluten free (gf) and dairy free food that isn't all sugar and starch. You'll need and exercise regimen. A pharmacist for medications for CAD and ibd. It can work and you'll be healthier for it . Good luck.
