There's interactions: Methadone will have some cautions due to potentially negative side effects as a result of interactions with ssri's snri's as anti-depressants. The tricyclic anti-depressants also have interactions. This needs to be carefully evaluated by a prescriber with your other physical and relapse risk issues considered as well. Speak to your doc !
