Antcholinergic: Probably side effect from meds--getting off/reducing meds would probably help or your doc might give you urecholine (bethanechol) to help the stanguria.

A lot of meds: All the meds you mention could potentially cause urinary hesitancy and retention especially when taken all togeter. Discuss this with your prescribing doc.
