Post nasal drip: Yes. If you have allergies, remember to take your medications. Saline nasal spray can be very helpful to thin mucus, making it more easy to move down the throat and decreasing throat clearing. Rest your voice while it is hoarse to reduce vocal strain.

There might be the slightest post nasal drip. Voice starting to become slightly hoarse now (4 - 5 days after noticing sore throat). Distinct coppery "taste" in throat when coughing (cough not frequent).
