I had a cold that started about ten days ago. i still am not sure if i still have it or if i now have silent reflux. i wake up with a hoarse voice until i blow my nose and loosen phlegm with warm coffee. then i'm good. mild dry throat all day?

Most likely a cold. As I tell my patients: some take up to 14 days to get over it but some only take 2 weeks. ;-) Dr humor. Give it a tincture of time.

Hi, I have been feeling unwell for the last 4 days. on/off fever, cough with thick and yellow phlegm, runny nose, hoarse voice and sore throat with difficulty swallowing.

I have a sore throat for 4-5 weeks now.. Started of with a cause a post nasal drip, when I used to cough i will go in a mode of Laryngospasm... Which was frightening.. Now if I massage my throat it feels OK.. But if I leave it gets dry. Hoarse voice.
