Dizziness: Barometric pressure change-induced dizziness, like descending in a plane, could be a sign of a perilymphatic fistula. This is when inner ear fluids leak out usually through a crack in round or oval window membrane. While no direct test for this exists go see an ear specialist as there are some indirect tests to support the diagnosis. Treatment is surgery to plug leaking area.
