Possible yes: of course; it is happening to you. Throat and ear muscles and innervation are connected so you can experience crossover. Esophagus is a continuation of throat and it does go through the chest, so if it is in spasm you could also have related chest pain. However, this is not a safe way to learn what is actually happening to you. You should discuss this & all associated symptoms with clinician.
