No Abrubt Discontinu: This medication has a high likelihood of withdrawal symptoms if abruptly discontinued. Get immediate instructions form your prescriber and/or your ob. It is unclear if your anxiety sx will return immediately, especially given the other hormonal changes occurring in your body due to the pregnancy. The caution for this med is for pregnancies>20wks.
