If you are going to make yourself miserable throughout the pregnancy, have you thought about options such as home delivery with a nurse midwife and doula's? Think of natural remedies available online but talk to your family doc about use in pregnancy. Deliver a healthy baby!

CBT: This is anxiety that is very understandable and common in your situation. Consider working with a therapist well versed in ccbt techniques. This helps you confront your fears and develops techniques to cope without medication. This is a opportunity to work on skills at a time you are motivated to learn .Talk to your doctor and be honest about how you really feel.
