No med: See a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. Also making a birth plan will help so you will know more what to expect. You might consider a birth coach too!

Consider therapy: See is therapy can benefit you. Consider some of the relaxation apps noted on this site. I have recommended quite a few. If you are going to make yourself miserable throughout the pregnancy, have you thought about options such as home delivery with a nurse midwife and doula's? Think of natural remedies available online but talk to your family doc about use in pregnancy. Deliver a healthy baby!

CBT: This is anxiety that is very understandable and common in your situation. Consider working with a therapist well versed in ccbt techniques. This helps you confront your fears and develops techniques to cope without medication. This is a opportunity to work on skills at a time you are motivated to learn .Talk to your doctor and be honest about how you really feel.

Drugs aren't the way: To handle this. You have already received some excellent input. Additionally consider ear acupuncture with an auricular trauma protocol. It can help calm you for up to a week at a time.
