Fever in infants: Check his temperature with a thermometer, temp more than 100.4f is considered fever. If you take temp under armpit add one degree, if you take in his rectum then no need to add a degree. If he had fever then give age appropriate tylenol (acetaminophen) and see his doctor next day. 102f or higher and not responding to tylenol (acetaminophen)/ Ibuprofen take to er.
