Common: If your infant is feeding well, in a good mood and growing well, it is not any thing to worry about and is actually quite common. He may be over dressed, but many individuals have sweaty palms and soles and have a conditon called hyperhidrosis. Infants are still immature in their temperature regulation, and it is not uncommon to have clammy hands and feet and a warm body.
