If you have : A seizure disorder, it should be thoroughly evaluated by a neurologist and you probably should consider anti-seizure medication. If that is insufficient, anxiolytics may also help. Further, you may consult with a therapist to help with the anxiety.

Anxiety + Seizures: Symptoms of a seizure that are caused by anxiety are not the same as seizures caused by irregular electrical firing of the brain. The former may respond to counseling, hypnosis, reassurance, and treatment of anxiety. The latter tend to improve with medicines called anticonvulsants, such as phenytoin and levetiracetam. Whatever helps your anxiety will probably help your seizure symptoms.
