Very busy!: Having your children less than a year apart can stress your own body quite a bit, but the main factor is that you will be very busy! babies take a lot of work and time. It is difficult to give full attention to both children unless you have some great help. There is no optimal time between children, but <1 yr is definitely more difficult.
