after how many days hiv test will give accurate status after exposure by fourth generation eclia cobas6000(combo)hiv p24antigen & hiv antibody1& 2 ?

HIV Testing: Routine antibody testing for HIV can take three to six months to be fully discernible with testing. If there is a high risk exposure or chance you are infected there is the HIV RNA or dna testing available that will be positive from day 21 and later. Remember, HIV infections can be prevented after high risk exposure with post exposure prophylaxis. Pep. You need a doctor who knows this!
