Ct scan: A ct scan is not a painfull procedure. Sometimes people that suffer from claustrophobia complain of feeling claustrophobic while in the ct scan.Machine. The test lasts around 1 minute, it is pain free.

No: There is no pain but some people are uncomfortable due to claustophobia, noise and position. The pain may be due needle stick if a dye is used.
