Ask where done: Ask at the place where you had the scan done, they should have records of what they did and should be able to tell you how much radiation you were exposed to.

Ask the x-ray tech: Most ct scanners have a dose estimate done at the time of the scan. It is based on the time and radiation produced (a factor of the tube voltage and current). This is an estimate because the organ dose varies by weight and height.
