Autonomic system: Abnormal activity of the autonomic nervous system can cause dizziness, palpitaitons, chronic fatigue. It typically is not a priamry heart proble. Another association can be pots. (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). Discuss with your doctor about diet/exercise/medications that can help.
