I had a stress test, a holter for 1 month, 10 ekgs, (seriously), echo, all normal. why do i get so dizzy during exercise or manual labor? im hydrated

Your test results are reassuring in that they suggest that there is no significant heart problem of concern.Dizziness if it occurs ONLY in the upright position , MAY be indicative of decreased or low blood pressure with exercise, an inner ear disorder affecting your sense of body position etc. Check your BP while lying & standing, and get a neurology evaluation.
