A doctor has provided 1 answer

No clear answer.: Dizziness is a nonspecific symptom. Your test results are reassuring in that they suggest that there is no significant heart problem of concern.Dizziness if it occurs ONLY in the upright position , MAY be indicative of decreased or low blood pressure with exercise, an inner ear disorder affecting your sense of body position etc. Check your BP while lying & standing, and get a neurology evaluation.
