Artifical disk : Is an option for some patients but there are not extensive studies on facet replacement.

Still investigationa: No facet arthroplasty device is approved by the fda. There are however a few out there going through investigations trials. Only patients enrolled in such ongoing fda-regulated investigational device exemption (ide) phase iii trials can recieve the implants at this time. It could be of help in patients with isolated facet mediated pain. You likely may not benefit from it, solely based on your info.
