Ovarian cancer? noticed light spotting, then next day woke with abdominal pain & lower back ache, had 3 days now. do i need ultra sound to diagnose?

Transvaginal U/S,,,: Transvaginal ultrasound is done with a manual pelvic exam and ca-125 levels. The most accurate way is probably surgery, where specimens can be taken and examined under a microscope to see if it is cancer. Best of luck.
