From my profile pic, that was my tongue feature that i capture recently. can dr tell me, does it show that my tongue cancer has reach advance stage?

Tongue cancer: I am unable to open the picture to see it larger and from what i can tell it looks advanced but only a dentist in person with a close up view under good lighting and other tests can give you the correct stage. Please see your treating physician asap.
