Testicle: Even though I do not quite understand your question, if you are concerned about a torsion and examination by your urologist and an ultrasound should be sufficient to diagnose any testicular problem. An MRI would be overkill.

Having pain in groin area and around testicles after stretching out groin for martial arts. Went to E.R did MRI and urine test. No hernia visible but blood in urine. Diagnosed with kidney stones. Been 3 weeks still hurting in groin.
