Not zero: Sadly, the recurrence rate of breast cancer is impossible to get down to zero. Ask your oncologist to develop an estimate for you. The key to treating recurrences is catching them early, so stick to your follow up plan very strictly! but that said, it does no good to worry. Count your blessings every day, use the phrase "i love you" a lot, and read "love medicine and miracles" by dr. Siegel.

>95% assumes no node: Had disease spread into it. Risk or recurrence is based on stage. Small tumor, t1a, no positive lymph nodes, n0, and no metastasis is the best stage(stage i) which has a better than 95% chance of a cure at 5 years.
