Caution!: These could be benign lumps and only need excision!not mastectomy. Your surgeon will explain all the options to you. Frozen pathology during surgery may be best guide to the surgeon to help,with options.

You don't know: whether they are benign or malignant until they are biopsied. It is probable that one or both are benign. You may not need any surgery if needle biopsy can be performed.
