PCOS: I'm assuming you aren't trying to get pregnant, correct? If that is correct, the first line treatment is typically birth control pills for a number of reasons. Testing for Insulin resistance may be necessary as well. If you have abnormal hair growth, the birth control pills alone may help but there are other medications for this as well. I would recommend you see an adolescent gynecologist.
