Yes: I would seek out a reproductive endocrinologist to discuss options given your risk factors, obvious the most common therapy ocps would not be a good option but there are other things you can try - provera, (medroxyprogesterone) Progesterone only pills etc---- but without an exam, and full history I am not sure if these other options are good alternatives for you.
