I am a boxer & workout intensely every day, i am also on a low carb diet, could this be the reason why i feel tired & fatiged for most of my workouts?

Diet and exercise. : In order to work out as you do you need enough "fuel in your body to run the engine". Carbs are the primary energy source we use. Inadequate carbohydrate intake will get you to burn muscle then fat for energy. I would increase the carbs and see if it improves how you feel.

More info: There are many reasons for fatigue. You need a thorough evaluation to assess possible causes, e.g. Hormonal, systemic disease, nutritional factors, etc. Especially if your diet is similar to other boxers. It might be good to start with your trainer to assess your calorie intake versus expenditure.
