Is it true that celery lowers cholesterol, sugar and blood pressure?

No: If you go on a diet limiting yourself to a few celery sticks, you might see some improvement related to weight loss but not the celery itself.

Yes BP&chol., ?sugar: While more research is needed, there is evidence that celery lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. It is also anti-inflammatory, which reduces risk of heart disease more than lowering chol. While some websites say it lowers sugar I have not seen any research to support that claim.
