Cannot diagnose: But as per my prior answers, it sounds as if this may be worsening and worthy of physician attention. See a doctor and describe the pain, frequency, location, precipitating factors, changes with position and any other accompanying symptoms. You may need imaging studies or conceivably endoscopy. Go soon and get this worked out. Hope you are better soon.

IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a condition that affects the way your colon works, but doesn't damage it like diseases such as crohn's and ulcerative colitis. Common symptoms include abdominal pain/cramping; bloating; gas (flatulence); diarrhea and/or constipation; & mucus in stool. Can sometimes be confused with lactose intolerance. It's not clear what causes it. Work w/your doctor on this.
