I am not alarmed.: Seems like you have a few things going on. Tsh is at the high end of normal or maybe even over. New pain in lower neck- maybe where your thyroid is? And a lump which also may or may not be your thyroid. Sounds like you should see doc sometime in near future and consider checking for thyroid antibodies and discern whether or not your neck symptoms are referrable to your thyroid.
