See derm / plastics: Skin cancer is very serious and certain ones can spread quite fast to other structures in your body. I do not recommend trying "alternative medicine." if superficial, they can sometimes be treated with creams or cauterized off. Otherwise, they should be removed surgically. See a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
