I have a burning sensation in the upper and outer part of my legs. how to treat this?

Burning legs: If this pain is on your lateral thighs, not lateral legs, then probably a condition called meralgia parasthetica. Benign and often positional, can be treated with meds, pt, rarely injections. If your legs and bilateral lateral leg, i would think about your back, or an early nerve compression in the peroneal territory. A good neurologist can sort this out for you with history and exam.
