May in fact: be your BACK ..that is a pinched nerve between the 4th and 5th LUMBAR vertebrae.....You should discuss with your Primary Care (G.P etc) who may decide to obtain advanced imaging of your spine ( eg: MRI) Just a thought...hope it is helpful! Dr Z
