What is the best way to treat peripheral neuropathy i have burning sensation in both lower legs especially at night that sometimes prevents sleep but it comes and goes on its on with out treatment and occurs after long sitting during the day? thanks?

Burning in your legs: Burning in the legs after sitting is more likely lumbar radiculopathy or lumbar canal stenosis. If that is the case the treatment is directed towards the back . See a doctor in person

A few pointers: First, need to pin down the correct diagnosis, if not done before. If indeed you have peripheral neuropathy, next, one needs to uncover the pathological cause. Treatment, to be effective, needs to focus on targeting not only root cause, but also controlling symptoms. Please see a neurologist, if not done previously.
