See your doctor righ: That usually means something serious is going on. It means that there is some bleeding internally and the causes can range from something benign like hemorrhoids or serious like cancer. One should seek immediate medical attention and evaluation.

Have it evaluated: Rectal bleeding is never normal and needs to be evaluated. It may just be related to hemorrhoids but there are several other more serious causes. See a GI specialist.
