How common is anapylaxis? doc took blood and found no common food allergies does this mean i shouldnt worry or what? how often does a severe one occur

Anaphylaxis: Anaphylaxis is a rare occurrence and may be severe.Anaphylaxis can occur at any time even though you tested negative to various foods.

Consider it rare: It is hard to comment on your food allergy testing without knowing what type of testing was done. If they looked at IgE response the common offenders & yours were low, it suggests you would not have a risk of anaphylaxis with those foods. Other blood & skin tests do not always correlate with life experiences. If you get hives after eating a food, you probably will the next time, but not anaphylaxi
