Too much sleep: You can actually get too much sleep and it could make you feel lethargic . For your age you should try and have a regular pattern to your sleeping, generally averaging between 7 and 9 hours a night. If your body is asking for more there may be something else going on. 12 hrs is excessive, talk to your physician about this, it may turn more serious if not looked into.
