PE, bld test inc TSH: the first step should be a physical examination including a complete blood test which should include TSH which is a test for thyroid function. Hypothyroid ( low thyroid functioning) problems can make you feel cold, tired and depressed ( as well as gain weight)
The symptoms can also be due to depression which can be treated wtih therapy, medication or both
