Talk to your dr: Your body is telling you that there is something wrong. It is time to do some investigating. Keep a log of your symptoms and make an appt with a your physician or internist. It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency (b12 or d) or a lack of iron not uncommon in 20 yo females. Or it could be more. The earlier you find out the easier it will be to treat.
