Varies?: If you meant to type 'tylenol' and 'vicodin' in your post then the answer is it varies on the dose your doctor prescribes. Usually there is 325 mg acetaminophen(tylenol) in the formulation.

Plenty: > 500mg: Good question. Vicodin is a good pain medication, but it is important to know that it is a combination of tylenol (acetaminophen) and a narcotic (hydrocodone). You should not take regular tylenol along with vicodin as you risk Acetaminophen od and liver damage. It is ok to combine vicodin with advil or mortin (ibuprofen). Vicodin comes in 2 strengths: 5mg/500mg (acetaminophen) and 7.5mg/750mg.
