No: 1000mg is the best dosage than 500mg every 6 hours if pain is tolerable. If pain more severe than seek a stronger medication and possible an antibiotic all depending on your health. Keep area clean and rinse with peroxide and water 2/4 times a day.😀

Tylenol: I don't recommend more than 1000 mgs as a single dose to be repeated every 6-8 hours as needed for a total of not more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Don't combine this with alcohol during this period. Your pharmacist can validate this advice.

What's best to take?: Without knowing your complete medical history, it would be inappropriate to answer that specific question for you. In any case the doctor who performed the surgery would be the best one to give you the best advice. Please call his/her office. If they are not in, they should have an answering service or other methods to respond to you in a timely fashion. Feel better soon.

Take 1000mg: The max dose I usually recommend for Tylenol is 1000mg 3 times a day. if you decide to take it you should still ask your dentist, you may be having additional complications that may require antibiotics , a different pain killer or Anti inflammatory medication ( ibuprofen ). Stay safe.
