Have infant checked: First. Fever in infants up to 90 days is taken more seriously. Any possibility of serious bacterial infection should be ruled out.

Depends on situation: If your child has fever >100.4, please call her doctor immediately and follow their instructions. Evaluation for significant problems is indicated immediately. I don't recommend tylenol (acetaminophen) under 2 mo because it could mask a worrisome fever. If baby is just colicy & you want to try it for relief the dose is 10mg /2.2 pounds or likely 40 -80 mg at that age.
