Based on weight. First, make sure you're using the proper version of tylenol (acetaminophen) for your little one: new infant liquid: 160 mg/5 ml per included syringe (shake well before using). Dose for 13-lb baby is 2.5 ml. Check with pediatrician before giving! s/he needs to know why u want to give it; may need to see infant before giving tylenol (acetaminophen) or any medicine.
