Many ways: Depending on both the severity and frequency of your attacks, treatment will vary. Common symptoms include shortness of breath and cough. Minimizing your exposure to "triggers" that cause your attacks is very important. Animal dander, dust mites plant pollen pollution to mention few can be triggers. Investigate all possibilities and get tested by your physician.
