It is very common: Incontinence is more common as you age. The most likely causes are spasms of the bladder and anatomic mobility. An evaluation by your gyn is important to determine the cause and method of treatment. You do not have to live with it. Treatments include medication, exercises and sometime surgery.

Consult urologist: Cause of urinary incontinence must 1st be diagnosed. Hopefully can be treated with medication or possibly surgery. Good Luck
