Urinary incontinence: Go to gyn for a check up . I found some patients with lumbosacra spine problems, like discogenis disease or hernia history , with or with out accident , having incontinence , and many with anxiety disorder with incontinence hx. If you have low back pain check that. Questions:? How is your menstrual period, any frequently uti, endometriosis or fibroma history? Check with your pcp or gyn.

Need work up: Urinary incontinence at your age with no children is unusual, need neurological evaluation and urological functional study of bladder , treatment is possible only after diagnosis is established , speak to your family doctor for referral
