Incontinence: It should not happen normally. Some teenagers tend to hold their urine too long and may have occasional accidents.. If this is a continuing problem the child should be evaluated.

Incontinence: There are many causes of incontinence. The most benign being a urinary tract infection. However there are other causes that need to be evaluated. I would recommend follow up with primary physician, or urologist
