Start slow: Start with an ounce or two at a time. If he cannot keep that down, see your doctor.

Depends: If baby is still wetting diapers every 6hrs he is holding on to enough to try home care. Start withbreast milk or electrolyte solution in small amts every 10 minutes (1/2-1oz) either by bottle or a tablespoon. After a while with no barfing you can up the volume and decrease the frequency. If baby is not taking well, too sleepy or you get a bad vibe, contact your dr & discuss timing for an evaluation.
