A member asked:

What if i work on my upper body a lot at school in the gym, will my 'man boobs' go down at all?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: Gynecomastia (man boobs) can be aggravated by weight gain, caused by certain medical conditions or medication side effects, or left over from the adolescent period. A medical evaluation to discover any contributing factors may be needed. If you can get your body fat content down to the low 20% range with diet or gym work, it may help. Remaining tissue may need to be removed surgically.
